Please note that our metalwork products are custom made to order and a no refund policy applies. Our sales process requires fabrication drawings to be approved by the customer prior to manufacture. Please ensure you have read our terms and conditions on our quotes thoroughly and advise if you require further clarification of the terms prior to payment. All sales are final. Manufacturing lead-times vary depending on the size and style of your order. Deposits to commence design and procurement are 75% with balance payable prior to product delivery/collection.
Gate Automation once distributed has a No Return policy from our main Auckland Based Supplier who is a licenced NZ distributor. If you are only buying Gate Motors please check with us prior to making your final selection to ensure you are purchasing the correct model to suit your gate. Automation imported from Italy generally has a two year manufacturers warranty and back to base policy to the distributor for warranty fault assessments which means the equipment must be couriered to their Auckland workshop. Generally installation and programming issues can be resolved with tech support trouble-shooting, please read all instructions prior to commencing your install.
Stand alone Gate Hardware purchases must be returned within 14 days of purchase and packaging unopened. A 20% restocking fee applies. Please check with us that you are purchasing the correct items prior to confirming your payment.
